Q: How do I get set up in NaviNet?
A:

If you are already a NaviNet user for your other health plans, go to www.navinet.net or https://enroll.navimedix.com/enrollment/shared/office-search to request access to AmeriHealth Mercy Health Plan information on NaviNet.

If you are not a NaviNet user, go to www.navinet.net and click on “sign up now”. Make sure to complete all information requested.

Q: How long will it take me to get access to NaviNet?
A:

It will take 3-5 business days to set up your access once you have provided all information requested.

Q: How can I get access to information until NaviNet provides me with access?
A:

Eligibility information can be obtained through our IVR without a password by calling 1-800-521-6007.

To add AmeriHealth go to www.navinet.net or https://enroll.navimedix.com/enrollment/shared/office-search to request access to AmeriHealth Mercy Health Plan information on NaviNet.

Q: Others in my office have access to NaviNet but I don't. How do I get set up?
A:

Each provider office has a designated NaviNet security administrator. This person can give you access. If you do not know the name of your NaviNet security administrator, look under "My Profile" to see the name of your security administrator.

Q: I have a NaviNet account but I can't remember my ID or Password. How do I get help?
A:

Each provider office has a designated NaviNet security administrator. This person can assist you in identifying your ID and resetting your password. If you do not know the name of your NaviNet security administrator, ask another NaviNet user in your office to look under "My Profile" to see the name of your security administrator.

Q: Does NaviNet have the same capability as the plan secure Web site?
A:

YES, NaviNet has the same capability as the plan’s secure Web site. Eligibility and claim status information is provided real-time. In fact, in 2009 new features were added to NaviNet that exceed the capabilities on the plan's secure Web site.
