You are now able to find missing recommended services (care gaps) for your AmeriHealth Mercy members right here on NaviNet. To access this important information, choose the Report Inquiry option from the transaction menu. Also, Care Gap Alerts will appear on your screen (if applicable) when you check an AmeriHealth Mercy member's eligibility and benefits.

Learn more about this important new feature below. If you do not have access to these reports, please see your NaviNet Security Officer. Please note that at this time, these reports are available only for patients of primary care provider offices in the AmeriHealth Mercy service areas.
