Credentialing - Become a Participating Provider

In order to provide services to AmeriHealth Mercy members as a “participating provider,” practitioners must:

1. Be credentialed by AmeriHealth Mercy
2. Sign a Participating Provider Agreement (Contract)

AmeriHealth Mercy maintains and adheres to all applicable state and federal standards and regulations, Department of Public Welfare (DPW) requirements, and accreditation requirements governing credentialing and recredentialing functions.

If you are not currently contracted with AmeriHealth Mercy and are not joining a group already in our network, please call Dawn Lassen at 717-651-3557 or e-mail her at dawn.lassen@amerihealthmercyhp.com to discuss obtaining the appropriate AmeriHealth Mercy Provider Agreement.

Note:  The Credentialing process and Contracting process can occur simultaneously.
